This will almost certainly slow your work rate down at the beginning, until you get used to it. Care has to be taken not to allow this slowdown to affect your existing contract with the first agency or your efficiency and your rate of pay will suffer accordingly.
Also, you will have to take more breaks. It is very difficult to change tasks in the middle of a session so you must have some time away from the computer before starting work on the second contract if only to clear your head and prepare yourself mentally for the next piece of work.
So a work from home data entry job for more than one agency is perfectly feasible if you make the proper preparations and plan your time and your workload properly.
